auronplay Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the auronplay website, mobile site, and any associated applications or interfaces operated at auronplay.club.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their account using a supported Philippine payment method, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or cashback funds credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by auronplay and Philippine AML regulations, involving the submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the auronplay Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By completing the auronplay registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, and clicking "Create Account," you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
2. You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. The funds you deposit on the Platform were obtained through lawful means and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
5. You acknowledge that real-money gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform.
6. You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the auronplay Privacy Policy.

To register and maintain an active account on the auronplay Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is set by Philippine law governing gambling activities and is strictly enforced by auronplay.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-personal legal structures are not permitted to hold auronplay accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of auronplay or any affiliated company or software provider.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the auronplay Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
6. You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion registry or equivalent Philippine government gambling restriction database.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered auronplay account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of this Agreement. auronplay reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban multiple accounts linked to the same individual, and to forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your auronplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

1. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
2. You must not permit any other person to access or use your auronplay account on your behalf.
3. You must immediately notify auronplay by contacting support via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. auronplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5. auronplay reserves the right to require additional verification at any time, including during session login, withdrawal requests, or whenever suspicious activity is detected.

All financial transactions on the auronplay Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2. auronplay reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.
3. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the verified auronplay account.
4. auronplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced identity verification.
5. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until all applicable requirements have been fully satisfied.

auronplay offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Each promotion is available to eligible Players once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and is prohibited.
2. Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. The standard minimum wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
3. Wagering requirements must be met on qualifying games only. Certain game categories, including but not limited to live dealer games and some table games, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
4. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
5. auronplay reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or misuse.
6. Where a promotional error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, auronplay reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the Player's Bonus Balance accordingly.
7. The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped as stated in individual promotion terms.

All games offered on the auronplay Platform are governed by the following principles:

1. All electronic games (slots, video poker, virtual table games) utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
2. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term return over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of returns during any single session.
3. In the event of a disconnection or technical error during an active game round, the round result shall be determined by auronplay's server logs, which shall be considered final and conclusive.
4. auronplay's decision on any disputed game outcome, calculated based on server records, shall be final in the absence of clear technical evidence of a system malfunction.
5. In the event of a software malfunction that renders a game outcome void, auronplay will refund the wager to the Player's Real Money Balance.
6. Live dealer game rules are governed by the respective game provider's published rules. auronplay is not responsible for live dealer conduct beyond what is provided by certified studio partners.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the auronplay Platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using auronplay accounts to obscure the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing auronplay staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Any conduct that auronplay reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

All content on the auronplay Platform — including but not limited to the auronplay brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of auronplay or its licensed content providers. By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities.

1. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from auronplay.
2. You may not use the auronplay brand name, logo, or any trademarked materials in any context without express written permission.
3. Unauthorized use of auronplay intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, auronplay expressly excludes all liability for:

1. Financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, whether attributable to game outcomes, wagering decisions, or any other cause.
2. Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
3. Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors resulting from circumstances beyond auronplay's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, server failures, or force majeure events.
4. Third-party content, software, or services integrated into the Platform, including game providers, payment processors, and streaming services.
5. Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in this section shall limit auronplay's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

auronplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all auronplay members:

1. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. auronplay enforces age verification through KYC procedures during registration and may request additional age evidence at any time.
2. auronplay provides all Players with access to voluntary responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time via Account Settings.
3. Deposit limits and loss limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to such limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
4. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and all marketing communications will cease. auronplay will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the expiry of the exclusion period under any circumstances.
5. Players who believe they have developed a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance and to contact auronplay support to activate self-exclusion immediately.

Either party may close an auronplay account subject to the following conditions:

1. A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting auronplay support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (after deducting any applicable Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal account within a reasonable period.
2. auronplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that auronplay deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
3. Where an account is terminated by auronplay due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
4. auronplay reserves the right to retain transaction records associated with closed accounts for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Player's use of the auronplay Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to raise any dispute directly with auronplay via the official support channels. auronplay aims to resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt. Disputes relating to game outcomes shall be adjudicated based on the server logs maintained by auronplay, which shall serve as conclusive evidence of all transactions and game results.

auronplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, auronplay will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following publication of the revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and contact auronplay to close their account.
